CAL - PROP Investments is not willing to work with their tenants and they try to extract every penny from your security deposit. If you overpay they take out money, if you under pay they take out money, if you holdover they take out 300%, if you try to leave early they charge a 10 day holdover period plus a 10% break lease fee. I was strongly discouraged by this company when I had given Cal - Prop the amount of $16,000 of rent for 11 months and had asked to leave my lease 17 days early to go to grad school and hoped they would be willing to work with me. They said they would charge me a 10% break lease and I would also have to pay for the holdover period of 10 days EVEN THOUGH I FOUND TENANTS TO MOVE IN!!! I strongly suggest you read the contract you are bound too with this company and it is easy to see that they are not personable, nor willing to work with you. I would suggest Craigslist, through a private manager before turning to Cal - Prop

Pros: They do have a good selection of houses in pb

Cons: I would deal with Cal - Prop only as a last resort. Thier office staff are roud and they do not care about there tenants.
